It has come to our attention that some attendees of the European Healthcare Design 2025 Congress have received unsolicited emails from individuals or companies claiming to be affiliated with the event, offering to arrange travel and accommodation and trying to sell attendee data. These emails are not legitimate and have no connection to the Congress.

We want to reassure all attendees that we will never share participant email addresses with any third parties. Any official communications regarding the event will come directly from our team.

If you receive such an email, we strongly advise that you:

• Do not respond or engage with the sender.
• Do not provide any personal or payment details.
• Report the email as spam and delete it.
